Current Opening: Video Chat Agent

Exciting new start up in Santa Rosa looking for a friendly, energetic and outgoing entry-level Representative to manage and promote site safety. In this role, you will be cooperatively working with a team to handle a wide array of sensitive issues throughout our live video service. Reps will monitor the site continuously to prevent, report and follow through on issues arising from inappropriate use of the system. You will address and escalate any issues via email and a variety of web tools.

 

Responsibilities:

Interact with users of the site, answer questions and help improve the user experience

Screen the site for objectionable content and report misuse, including abusive language, cyber bullying, identity theft, nudity and pornography

Gather and report feedback on the product and help improve features

Proactively identify and communicate both technical issues and inappropriate use issues
